I am Yuliia Gajewska, the founder of Business Infinite and an experienced Business Operations, HR and Recruitment professional with more than 10 years of international experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with organisations in the Netherlands, Ireland and other international business environments, supporting companies across the technical, industrial, engineering, construction, logistics, automotive and professional-services sectors.

My expertise combines human resources, recruitment, talent management, business administration and operational support. This allows me to understand both the people-related and practical challenges that companies face—from finding qualified professionals to creating efficient processes and maintaining accurate, compliant HR administration.

During my professional career, I have been responsible for:

• Recruiting and screening technical, operational and administrative professionals

• Managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employment contracts to performance management, absence, reintegration and offboarding

• Preparing HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks and job descriptions

• Supporting employers with Dutch employment requirements and applicable collective labour agreements (CAOs)

• Checking professional qualifications, technical certificates and employment documentation

• Advising managers and employees on HR-related matters

• Coordinating payroll information, working hours, leave, sickness records and personnel administration

• Managing customer and supplier contracts, service agreements and compliance documentation

• Producing financial, sales, stock, workforce and management reports

• Supporting directors and senior management with calendars, international travel, expenses and confidential administration

• Improving internal processes, data accuracy, recordkeeping and operational efficiency

• Supporting invoicing, customer communication and general business administration
